The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and close to most attractions, just outside the ancient walls. The rooms are spacious and clean, and some of the staff were helpful. The breakfast is good and there is a nice lady in the café.

The bathroom facilities need improvement.

I chose it because it was conveniently placed for the city centre and for the residence of my family who are Lugo residents

The location is central and there is private parking available. The rooms are clean and the showers have good water pressure. The breakfast is complimentary and saves a bit of money.

The service was excellent and very accommodating (beyond our needs). We were upgraded to a fully equipped apartment because our double room did not have 2 internet outlets...that was very generous (at no extra cost). The hotel is spotless and only two blocks from the historic town. Parking was no problem. Highly recommend this hotel.

Liked everything about this hotel.

The accommodation was conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center and the old town. It was great to be able to explore the main attractions without having to travel far. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a short stay. the breakfast served at the bar was a pleasant surprise, with a choice of churros, toast, or croissants included in the room price.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The shower stall in the bathroom was quite small, making it difficult to wash comfortably.

The front desk staff was helpful and spoke good english.

This hotel is an armpit. The room we were in had Ikea kitchen furniture in a room with a torn couch and dirt on the floors. The bedroom was dark and dirty with a small and very uncomfortable bed with a scratchy blanket. The windows in the bedroom opened up to a dirty tunnel courtyard. The shower in the bathroom was so small it could barely hold one person. When you get out of the elevator the entry is pitch dark and the lights turn on very slowly. The pictures of this hotel listed on this site are not accurate. We originally booked for two nights, but after checking in we cancelled our second night and moved to another hotel in the city.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful

Although it is economical this is an awful hotel. Paper thin walls means no sleep. Shower so small you can't turn round in it. You cannot pass each other in the bedroom and the situation is dreadful.

We had the appartment. There was almost no kitchen equipment and furniture. No "cosy" atmosphere. In the bedroom there was no window with direct light.
